Located on Tianhe North Road, Guangzhou, with a gross floor area of 290,000 square meters, the plaza includes one 80-floor main building and two 38-floor auxiliary buildings. It once was the tallest reinforced steel frame-shear wall structure building in the world. It won the silver medal of National Construction Quality Award 2003.
